Kodiak Club and Residences is a 72-unit active adult community located in the center of the Roaring Fork Valley, home to Aspen/Snowmass, Colorado. The community is located in the Tree Farm mixed-use development which consists of shops, restaurants, offices, condos, apartments, and a Hilton Tapestry Hotel. The mixed-use community is across from Willits Town Center, which is anchored by a Whole Foods and numerous retail and restaurant options. The project is under construction with units expected to be completed late 2025.
