Since its formation, Realty Capital has developed nearly 200 projects around DFW and in Colorado, including over 10,000 residential units and more than two million square feet of commercial buildings. At any given time, Realty Capital has more than $400 million worth of projects under development. Realty Capital Management became an employee-owned firm in 2011 with Richard Myers, Jimmy Archie, and Tim Coltart serving as Managing Directors. Realty Capital Residential was formed in 2019 to focus on multi-family developments. Alexander Brown serves as the company’s President with Richard Myers, Jimmy Archie, and Tim Coltart also serving as Managing Directors.

Current land holdings total approximately 2,000 acres of prime commercial and residential tracts in various stages of development throughout Dallas/Fort Worth and Colorado.
