Infrastructure work began this week on the last 40-acres of Lakeside, a 165-acre mixed-use development in Flower Mound by Irving-based Realty Capital Management (RCM).
Plans call for 80,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 58 luxury cottages, up to 825 apartment and condo units spread across three or four high-rise buildings, up to three hotels, a 250-300 person amphitheater and a high-rise office tower of up to 400,000 square feet.
This 40-acre development is being called Lakeside Village and offers some of the only unobstructed views of Lake Grapevine within Lakeside.
