Alex Brown serves as President of Realty Capital Residential (RCR). In addition to overseeing the daily operations of RCR, Alex focuses on growing the company’s project pipeline and managing project financing, operations during project development, and asset management. He also works on investor relations, as well as the sourcing of new equity and debt prospects for upcoming developments.
In addition to his role with RCR, Alex is a Development Partner with Realty Capital Management.
Alex graduated with honors from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Financial Economics and Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Political Science and Public Policy.
